QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Candidate should be Any graduate with strong mathematical ability and aptitude to learn the payroll software application

Good in communication both verbal and written.

Should have minimum of 2 year to 4 years of Payroll experience.

JOB SKILLS;

Excel Knowledge is a mandatory.

Strong in Analytical Skills and needs to have flair for numbers.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processes pay sheets and settlements according to characterized SLA.
Great Knowledge in PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity LWF, IT will be Plus.
Execution of ideal conveyance of month end and legal report.
All handling should be finished involving finance motor and any place required make arrangements for any upgrades.
