QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years of experience in managing investor relations of a public listed company with ESG focus

Strong understanding of financial statements analysis and valuation techniques

CA or MBA/PGDM/MS in Finance

High proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point and Word

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Company’s associations with institutional financial backers and sell-side value experts by giving clear, precise and sure interchanges
Answerable for overseeing quarterly profit introductions, monetary deliveries and telephone calls
Plan, orchestrate and take an interest with top administration in financial backer roadshows, examiner/financial backer gatherings and 1×1 financial backer meets
Break down and introduce share value patterns, shareholding examination and cutthroat knowledge reports
Assist with setting up the Company’s Annual Report and backing ESG Reporting
