QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Candidate should have Typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience.  Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes

5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Give figured initiative around Executive Talent Management space region to investigate client driven and custom fitted business arrangements

Create and keep an Executive Talent Management Partnership to Boeing Engineering Test and Technology (ET&T) and Corporate Functions HRLT individuals and their HRG groups

Cooperate with different Centers of Excellence (COEs) to convey Talent Management programs
