RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tickets alloted to be audited, reacted, examined inside the survey due date and settled inside the characterized courses of events.

Stay in consistent touch with the client, CRM part, TL/Manager during ticket handling.

To have the option to make a trip to allocated project locales during end of the week and be the essence of CRM group and to go to client concerns

Build great connection with clients by effectively tuning in and reacting suitably to Queries, Concern and Request

To guarantee client documenting (Logistics) – Retrieved and gave over is overseen well, documentation of each cooperation through recorded frameworks (C4C, Ozonetel) for future reference
