RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work intimately with the Engineering Department to actually look at project status; Escalate issues to the Manager – Customer Relations, assuming any

Work intimately with the Finance and Accounts Department to acquire installment receipts and other related documentation

Prepare installment update letters for clients

Prepare client arrangements and direction with the Legal Department for legitimate investigation

Work intimately with the Legal Department for convenient culmination of ownership and enrollment conventions; Maintain a data set of all connected documentation
