Handling Payroll process for 400 Employees on monthly basis

Role is responsible for Handling Contract Labour Management for 10 Contractors

Responsible for Complete Hiring process of Flex category of Employees – 100 in an year

Handling PR/PO & GRR for all the HR Services

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Works inside characterized human asset cycles to (for example pay, benefits, execution the executives, post employment surveys, movement, and migration support) to make a suitable move.

Ensure precision and fulfillment of labor force data in Human Resources Information Systems, including worker records; conducts normal information passage reviews to guarantee culmination and exactness

Facilitates and helps with inward review demands.

May help with recording examinations.

Organizes Human Resources business process exercises to help the accomplishment of courses of events and quality targets.
