Experience: 10+Years of experience in similar role with leading Real Estate Developers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technically sound to handle with Facility the executives exercises, legal installments like Property expense, Electricity and water charges according to courses of events, upkeep bills and gathers levy from Societies, month to month corpus store interest check to Apex Body

Tracks project achievement (development status, and so forth) for refreshing the clients and inside partners

Vendor Management (FM and Snagging merchants)

Society Formation – Assists and puts together arrangement of Society/Federation, Enforces the guidelines and guideline for upkeep of Society-development working hours, Generates all archives connected with society arrangement, Conduct GBM.

Documentation (Customer and Society) Coordinates with clients, enlistment center, legitimate group to finish the enrollment cycle, deals deeds. Gives expected reports to the client, Ensures opportune recording of archives
