Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
7 years of experience with global operations in an extended workforce business/shared services environment
Experience in data, insights, and analytics
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own responsibility for Quality Assurance and Customer Experience group results and measurements.
Plan, dispatch, and land future verification quality cycles, systems, and measures, and report results. Track and scale victories, underlying driver issues in plan/execution, and guarantee business impacts.
Use partner the executives to lead plans in a matrixed, cross-useful, and worldwide climate.
Ponder robotization/AI with respect to quality and client experience. Convey efficiencies and quality results.
Drive normalization across conveyance areas on cycles and techniques to guarantee consistency in encounters and key execution marker (KPI) conveyance.
