QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Candidate should have Full time MBA or MCA with 5-6 years of experience
Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
Ideal candidate could also be a campus hire with prior work ex and has pursued PGPx VLM (IIMC) or VLFM (NITIE) or similar 1 yr MBA programs focused on manufacturing digitization
Experience in understanding business processes and able to convert to IT requirements (SAP and non-SAP applications)
Sound Business process knowledge and process design skills in Procurement & Manufacturing processes
Exposure of SAP Modules like MM, PP, QM, APO, IBP & WM and their integration with SAP and non-SAP landscape Purpose of the role
To lead technology implementation for supply chain function which includes but is not limited to running the supply chain IT landscape efficiently, manage technical and functional upgrades and implementing cutting edge digital initiatives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manpower Allocation and taking care of the activity during the particular movements.

Guarantee the Silo’s are utilized dependent on FIFO and keep the shif laborers informed on something similar.

Choose and Finalize on different factors, for example, – Conditions on which the shaper is to be taken for Production,pressure to be kept up with at Boiler ,Stage Pressure, on the expeller to be utilized or Recrushing,expellers to be utilized in stage 2,day tanks to be taken, Allocation of House keeping labor in OM and so on

Handle and screen upkeep identified with breakdowns,feedcut and so forth

Course of the Daily Production report among the individual divisions.

Guarantee prodcution sections are entered throguh SAP.
