JOB DESCRIPTION:

To guarantee Emergency Preparedness and Response Treatment/Procedure/Investigations)
To guarantee that the careful IP adjusts are appropriately done and the patients are gone to sympathetically
To guarantee that moral Medical practice is followed.
To Compliance with patient conventions (OP-IP/OT/Diagnostics/ICU/Triage)
To Document patient File/Prescriptions/demands (decipherable/complete)
To guarantee Documentation at the hour of Discharge
To workup of all IP patients for medical procedure and guarantee tie-up planning assent.
