QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Candidate should have Good knowledge of OS and Application/Web Server is must Good knowledge of MSSQL or Oracle database (concepts, query writing skills), OS and application server (Jboss, Weblogic or Websphere). Should have: Leadership abilities, self-driven, critical thinking, analytical abilities, flexibility, adaptability to work schedules, effective verbal & written communication, presentation & report generation skills, time management, self-confidence, open to changes & challenges, eye for detail, perseverance, discreetness & diplomacy, analytical thinking, sound independent decision making and team work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Go about as a scaffold among Client and Development/Implementation groups.
Oversees and keep up with server and client setups.
Issue Identification and Resolution.
Research the issues revealed by clients and give the answer for L1 issues.
Research issues revealed by clients and direction with L2 and L3 groups for goal.
Preventive Monitoring and Maintenance
Client acknowledgment testing and client Hand Holdings.
