Provide 24/7 L2 support on CS/IMS Core network elements by Fault resolution of network and customer faults in a timely and efficient manner

Good understanding on call flows according network.

Expertise on IMS & MSC Network along with Signalling.

Develop, maintain and perform L2 heath checks and scripts is verified

Expertise on Network Protocols to find the failure according to traces.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Confirmation of execution of organization setup changes as per nitty gritty plans

Guarantee Audit of organization w.r.t to major and minor KPIs are observed

Readiness of concurred CS Core SLAs on week after week and Monthly premise and get them survey with Service the executives.

Readiness of Performance KPIs and make the suitable moves to guarantee KPIs are kept up with at the concurred edges

Create and support of different O&M and Routine strategies and any instruments to help and work on in keeping up with the organization.
