QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree

At least ten years directly related experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, at least five of which should be in an operations leadership role

Master degree in technical discipline, and/or Master of Business Administration degree preferred.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain effective associations with inside and outside clients, controllers and different partners.

Create and keep a high performing association through viable determination, preparing, authority and the executives of partners.

Backing and encourage functional greatness across all capacities, including the proceeded with execution of Integrated Manufacturing Excellence (IMEx).

Take part in and now and then lead network drives that drive results across LSM Operating Unit and PGS.
