Candidates who have completed their MBBS from Delhi must have Delhi Medical Council Provisional Certificate and DMC Permanent Registration Certificate/Acknowledgement receipt for Permanent DMC registration.

Candidates who have completed their MBBS outside Delhi must have permanent state Medical Council Certificate and DMC Permanent Registration Certificate/Acknowledgement receipt for Permanent DMC registration.
