QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Candidate should have Post graduate qualification in HR with a minimum of 12 years of C&B experience

Knowledge of the latest tools and techniques in Human Resources

 

JOB SKILLS:

Proficiency in analytics / excel skills with strong C&B domain knowledge

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix global organization

Stakeholder management and project management skills

Ability to prioritize and be agile

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guide, create and mentor direct reports, designate liabilities, evaluate execution.
Give compensation answers for pay (remuneration) and advantages the executives to the group and survey adherence to approaches to help draw in and hold ability
Adjust approaches and cycles and groups to accomplish legal consistence and keep up with amicable worker relations.
Monetary

Plan and drive adherence to Global Grade Governance for the border including audit and doling out proper grades for positions
Create and course Compensation Offer Guidelines and Tools to empower Talent Acquisition and BHR groups to meet and arrange the last compensation grade fitment Support in the readiness of complex/non-standard proposals at Leadership level (L4 or more)
