JOB DESCRIPTION:

Decisioning of KYC Renewal/addon/address change/PAN cases
Audit and choice KYC reports of the clients (messages/actual records/inward deduplication/CKYC downloads) according to the pre-characterized strategy/rules and SOP’s :
Severe adherence to the guidelines/strategy characterized for KYC reports ( Officially substantial records – Ovd’s)
Address/resolve client questions on KYC for approaching messages/Invalid or negative report cases
Audit address changes into major/minor according to strategy process characterized
Guarantee precise updation of the decisioning records/framework for an official choices on the cases
Guarantee that the benchmark efficiency/exactness and TAT target is met and likewise support group focuses for something similar
