QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Candidate should have Minimum 7+ years relevant experience in AML/KYC and/or client onboarding, from banking and/or financial services sector with a focus on private banking clients, including corporate

Compliance knowledge applicable to the Financial Services industry, including relevant professional certification on AML/CFT

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Survey accounts against all set interior principles for Client Due Diligence
Keep an eye on the nature of the Static Information and Source of Wealth assuming it satisfies all set guidelines for Account Opening, Maintenance and Trigger survey.
Survey the other Due Diligence necessities, for example, unfriendly media discoveries, Sanctions connect, Tax warnings and so on
Decide and guidance the forefront if other quests are expected to enhance those all around accomplished for Account Opening.
Prompt on PvB CDD strategy and systems and material nearby regulations and guidelines
Prompt on and heighten higher gamble connections and notoriety chances emerging from CDD to Compliance or Local Client Committee (LCC)
Counsel with practical specialists (for example Lawful, Compliance, Financial Crime consistence) depending on the situation
