To set up field direction by driving obligatory month to month field exercises across Territories.
To drive Crop Wellness Package deals and CWCs (Crop Wellness Centers) across Territories.
Plan and execute field lobbies for advancing centered Platinum and Gold items.
Execute Crop explicit/Product explicit/Segment explicit showcasing techniques as has been conveyed by Zone and HO.
To screen and drive liquidation of key items dependent on explicit missions and on week after week/month to month premise by having a nearby watch and connection at key situation focuses as well.
