Candidate should have Regular MBA preferably from premier B-School with specialization in Sales & Marketing

7-10 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Carry out, survey and calibrate the promoting techniques to raise business volumes dependent on territorial market needs
Create and help the HOS for the Annual Operating Plan (Revenue/Sales, Budget, labor, and so forth) and create upon the future Sales targets dependent available patterns
Set clear volume targets and KPIs for his/her group and domains.
Dealing with the Sales and circulation channel and directing the business power on something similar
Use field information for market to recognize brand/load holes and join forces with different partners to foster region intends to drive shares
Drive execution in the market according to the arrangement of reviewed unit/towns
Guaranteeing Continual Growth in Current Markets and Creating extension Opportunities in new business sectors
Track contender movement consistently and make a move to counter contender methodologies
